Vladimir Konstantinovich, Doctor of Economics, professor, and mentor to many, is a towering figure in the history of Kazakhstan’s accounting and auditing. His name is forever entwined with the establishment and development of these fields, and he is deservedly called as the founding father of Kazakhstan’s financial audit and accounting systems.
Nikolai Vladimirovich RADOSTOVETS.
The Lenin scholarship holder of the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy (AINE), a commissar of the student construction brigade (SCB) “Narxoz University -73”, “Narxoz University -74”, “Narxoz University -75”.
Since 1981 he had been working at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh S.S.R.; a consultant of the first Parliament of the RoK; the Minister of the Antimonopoly Authority of the RoK; the Minister of Labour and Social Development of the RoK; the head of the Association of Mining and Mining-Metallurgical Industry of the RoK, other public associations of entrepreneurs.
He is the author of a scientific work in the sphere of antimonopoly and price regulation, labour and social protection of the population. The Doctor of Science, Economics, Professor, a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He was awarded with orders “Kurmet” and “Parasat”.
Viktor Vladimirovich RADOSTOVETS.
Excellent student of AINE, Komsomol secretary of the best student group, participant of student conductor teams (SCT) “ Narxoz University -80” , “Narxoz University -81”.
Since 1985 he had been working in the KAZAKH RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT of the Eastern Branch of V.I. Lenin All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has a scientific work in the field of accounting and audit of financial statements. The PhD, Associate Professor, Associate Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He was awarded with the Order “Kurmet”.
Since 1998 he has been the permanent Director of one of the first Kazakhstani audit companies - IAC Centeraudit-Kazakhstan LLP, established by Professor V.K. Radostovets.
